What to experience in Lincoln, NE
When I visit Lincoln, Nebraska, I have some favorite places that I always want to revisit. My first favorite is the Museum of American Speed, a must for an auto nut like me. There is something for everyone from Indy Cars to Pedal Cars and everything in-between. If cars are not your thing, go and take a look at the National Museum of Roller Skating, the museum takes you back to the very beginnings of roller skating, and through the years in how the sport and equipment has evolved and changed. The last museum I have visited is the International Quilt Study Center and Museum will allow you to admire the care, creativeness, skill and workmanship that goes into making beautiful quilts. If you need a break during a long day, visit the Sunken Gardens and go admire the koi pond. Looking at fish may make you hungry and Lincoln has some great choices.
More to enjoy!
My favorite eats are Raising Canes, The Mill Coffee and Tea, The Green Gateau, Honest Abe's Burgers & Freedom and Leadbelly. All are great choices but be aware that there are many other great places to eat, I just have not been there yet, so explore other choices as well. After a great meal you may want to take in a live performance at the Lied Center for Performing Arts with productions such as The Color Purple. The Rococo Theatre is another great choice with headliners such as Chris D’Elia. One day they will have to book JayDee Hypnotist and his comedy stage hypnosis show for a night of laughs. For the sports fans, namely football, go out to Memorial Stadium and watch the Huskers. The Pinnacle Bank Arena has basketball and concerts like Garth Brooks. I have to get out see more of Lincoln, Nebraska, one man so little time.
A Funny Stage Hypnosis Show Clip
Participants who were participating in the comedy hypnosis show for a post prom party, are being immersed in a hypnosis skit called “watching a movie”. In this skit, as you will soon see, the volunteers experience the emotions of the characters in the movie, from happy to sad and joyous to scared. They get so wrapped up in the events that they begin to yell out instructions to the actors and actresses to help them along in the story line. So enjoy watching this clip and you may feel caught up in the emotions and the fun of a great comedy hypnosis show!
